Casa de Campo VIP Services

As part of our companies’ full service offerings, we would like to tell you about our VIP Concierge services. These services are offered in order to make your villa and resort experience a truly world class one. Our services includes the following:

1.Airport Transportation - We can arrange airport transportation to and from the various airports available in the Dominican Republic, in particular La Romana International (LRM) the closest to the resort, as well as Santo Domingo Las Americas (SDQ) and Punta Cana International (PUJ). Prices available upon request.

2.Car & Golf Cart Rental - Casa de Campo is a large resort. Although there are walking paths for exercise, these do not extend to the far reaches of the resort and it is not possible to plan to travel by foot, especially at night. Golf carts are a convenient means of transport for most visitors who plan to spend most of their time inside the resort. Car and SUV rentals are also available. Prices available upon request.

3.Provisioning - Your villa can be stocked with food, wine and liquor prior to your arrival. This service allows you to arrive at your villa and quickly begin enjoying your first cocktail instead of going to the market. From our experience, all of our renters truly enjoy this service. In order for us to provide this service we must have the money at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Depending on any special requests the cost of provisioning varies. It has been our experience that the average cost of provisioning is approximately $50 per person/day. Should your provisioning include items like Dom Perignon, Blue Label Scotch and Lobster then the cost will be higher. Special requests should be sent at least 4 days prior to arrival in case there is a need to look for something in the capital, Santo Domingo. The provisioning service has a 20% service charge associated with it. All receipts will be available for review prior to your departure. Any funds that need to be refunded can be either sent via wire transfer or paid by check.

4.Reservations - This service allows you to have reservations made prior to your arrival and continues to be provided during your stay. The following reservations are normally made:

• Dining
• Golf
• Shooting Center
• Horseback Riding
• Tennis
• Transportation
• Automobile Rentals
• Taxi
• Spa Services
• Massages at your villa
• Le Salon for Hair and Nails
• Waxing
• Golf Cart Rentals

The reservations service costs $50/day. Upon your arrival all Casa de Campo guests must register at the Villa Owners Club and provide a credit card in order to receive a guest charge card which allows you and your party to charge the majority of the services listed above to that account. Casa de Campo charges $25/day for this card. One per family is the usual. This card allows access to the resorts beach area as well as entering and exiting the resort. Just prior to your departure you will check out of the Villa Owners Club and settle your bill.

Please note that just like any hotel the phone charges are VERY expensive and it should be cautioned that this will be charged to your account should the villa phone have any long distance usage.

3. Gourmet Chef - CRD is lucky to have one of the countries leading chefs who provides private dinner parties at your villa. Many of our clients have had Chef Carlos Rosario make 2-3 dinners per week at their villa and some have contracted his services for the entire weeks stay. Chef Carlos charges $350/day for his services, plus the cost of food, and most dinners are a 3-5 course menu. Chef Carlos’ resume and menu examples can be sent to you in advance.

4. Private Concierge - Should your group desire CRD can provide a Private Full Time Concierge who can stay at your villa (Service Quarters of course) and be with you during your entire stay. Most recently, one of our Private Concierge’s provided service to Beyonce and Jay-Z during their Christmas stay at the resort. Our Private Concierge’s are fully bi-lingual in both Spanish and English. They can assist you and your party with all your resort needs. The charge for this service is $250/day

5. Xtra Staffing - Most CDC villas come with a minimum staff to provide house keeping services. Cooks services can usually be arranged also. If your group requires special staffing needs such as a chauffer, nanny, etc. then CRD can fulfill those needs. Of course extra staff is an extra charge which is usually $50-75/day for each additional staff person.
