Sophisticated and stylish, this one-story villa has it all: a gorgeous pool/whirlpool combination set in a spacious tile patio with gazebo; a state-of-the-art kitchen; comfortably elegant living and dining rooms; and extras such as a home gym and an air-conditioned TV den. Its location, just minutes by touring cart from the Casa de Campo Marina, Minitas Beach, Country Club and Altos de Chavon.

A circular driveway culminates in a porte-cochere, connected by a rustic tile walkway to the front entrance. Guests enter directly into a long family room with high ceilings and air condition, marble floors and a striking bronze chandelier overhead. There are three seating areas in a rustically elegant style, both with ivory and neutral cushions, ideal spot to enjoy a before-dinner beverage.

The large dining room with air conditioning is just off the family room, and holds an impressive hardwood dining table, with 12 wooden chairs accented with decorative wrought iron. The open kitchen is adjacent, and is built to impress the most discerning of cooks, with plenty of smooth marble counter space, stainless-steel, professional quality appliances, and a separate wine refrigerator.

The rear of the villa opens, through wood-framed glass doors, to a nicely outfitted porch overlooking the pool and terrace, including an outstanding view to the golf course. Here, there are rocking chairs, a love seat, and a stone dining table with 6 seats. Just a few steps beyond is a lovely tiled patio, surrounding a pool and adjacent whirlpool. Eight teak chaise lounges, two dining table with 6 chairs each, one bar station and a bistro umbrella are scattered around the patio, which also holds a BBQ grill. On the far side of the pool, there's a large gazebo, with yet another seating / TV area and a full bath for the convenience of sunbathers and swimmers.

Back inside, just off the entrance, there's a half-bath; a small home gym with stationary bicycles; and an air-conditioned den, with a comfortable seating arrangement and an array of electronics, including a big-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo.

The bedrooms are all located in one wing off the main entrance. Like the rest of the villa, each is spacious and impeccably furnished with air conditioning, fan, Cable TV and phone services. The master bedroom is especially luxe. It features a long entryway with seating area; a king-size sleigh bed; a sofa with refreshing ivory and taupe cushions; a walk-in closet; and its own private terrace, complete with sunken whirlpool and teak lounge chairs. The secondary bedrooms also feature fine linens; walk-in closets; and terrific baths done in coral stone, with double vanities and oversized, step-in showers.
